Harmony Homes Unverre is a restored old mill set by the water in the Parc naturel régional du Perche, away from the village center. The house welcomes the group over two levels, around a fully equipped kitchen, two fireplaces and a large covered terrace where the table goes out as soon as the weather allows. Outside, one hectare of greenery runs down to the pond and the river: walks, ping-pong, volleyball, swimming in summer and evenings in the hot tub in every season. Indoors, the foosball table and board games take over when night falls.

A word about the water. The pool, the pond and the river are not fenced: children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially near them. The pool is heated in the warm season and closed for winter from early November to early April; the hot tub stays open all year. Finally, in very dry summers, the pond and the river can drop sharply or even run dry in places. It's rare, but we'd rather you knew before you arrive.

The space

A mill designed for groups
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 15 guests, over two levels. A fully equipped kitchen, two fireplaces for winter evenings, a large covered terrace for outdoor dining, a desk corner overlooking the grounds for working in peace, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Raclette and pierrade sets, a charcoal barbecue, a foosball table and board games. Hotel-quality bedding, linens provided, coffee and essentials on arrival.

The bedrooms
On the ground floor, bedroom 2 with a king bed and its private bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed, a private bathroom and a minibar: bedroom 3 with an extra single bed, Smart TV and desk, bedroom 4 with a safe and a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and a single bed. Bedroom 1 brings together 5 single beds, ideal for children or teenagers.

Pool and hot tub
The heated pool, surrounded by sun loungers, is open from early April to late October, with floats and water toys for the children. The hot tub takes over all year: gather there after a walk, on a winter evening or after an evening by the fire.

Outdoors and games
One hectare of greenery with a pond and a river, a volleyball court, a ping-pong table, garden furniture and a large covered terrace. Enough to keep everyone busy from morning to night.

Unverre and the Perche-Gouët
On the edge of Brou, the Perche-Gouët is the most secluded part of the Parc naturel régional du Perche: hedgerows, manor houses, old mills and country lanes between the Perche and the Beauce. People come here to slow down.
