Harmony Homes Caorches is a characterful estate near Bernay, in the Eure, surrounded by 200 hectares of forest. The brick-and-timber manor house welcomes the group over three floors, the cottage set slightly apart offers a space of its own for a family, teenagers or a few friends, and the pool house brings together the indoor pool, a hammam and a lounge where you linger after a swim, which doubles as a yoga space for those who practice. This isn't a house built around one big room: the group spreads out naturally between the kitchen and its large table, the living room, the dining room, the pool lounge, the cottage and the grounds.

The space

A manor house designed for groups
500 m² across the manor house, the cottage and the pool house. 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for up to 22 guests, with a clear layout of beds so everyone finds their place. A large equipped kitchen with a table for preparing group meals, a living room, a dining room with a big central table for everyone, hotel-quality bedding, linens provided, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, coffee and essentials on arrival, board games.

The bedrooms
In the manor house, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In the cottage: an upstairs bedroom for 5, a sitting area with a sofa bed (not counted in the 22 sleeping places) and a bathroom.

The cottage
Set apart from the manor house, 80 m² with its own living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for a family with children, a group of friends or teenagers who'd like a little independence, while staying just steps from the group.

Indoor pool and wellness
The heated indoor pool is open year-round until 10 PM, in a pool house with a hammam and sun loungers for gathering after a swim. Outside, a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong, a playhouse and play area for the children, with the forest as your horizon.

Work or gather in the countryside
Wi-Fi in the house and the cottage, and several living spaces to alternate time together and quiet moments. King beds can be split into twins. For a seminar, a retreat or a team get-together, the house provides the setting: the forest, the pool and the big table with a TV for presentations.

And you're not organizing alone
Our team is by your side before and during your stay: questions, room assignments, local tips. Fast replies, 7 days a week. A caretaker couple lives in their own house on the estate and remains discreetly available for any small technical issue or advice on the area.
