Harmony Homes Saint-Sulpice-de-Royan is a fully renovated Charentais house, tucked into the heart of a village on the Arvert peninsula, 15 minutes from the beaches of Royan and Saint-Palais. Everything is ready so your group can simply be together: 70 m² of open-plan living, dining and kitchen space opening onto the garden, with the big table where everyone dines together, the heated pool, the summer kitchen, and that soft Charentais way of life that calls for long evenings on the terrace.

The space

Private outdoor space
The heart of the house: an enclosed 1,800 m² garden with a 10-metre heated pool (minimum 25°C / 77°F from April to October), perfect for laps or lazy afternoons in the sun. Next to it, a terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue for lunches that run long, a pétanque court for late-afternoon games, and generous green space for the kids.

Generous living areas
400 m² over two floors, with two kitchens and two living rooms: a large 70 m² open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor opening onto the garden, with the big table where everyone dines together; a second living room with kitchen upstairs. Room enough for everyone to find their own rhythm. 6 bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom and WC: no more morning queues. Hotel-quality bedding (box springs, mattresses, pillows, duvets), all linen provided, a desk and wardrobe in every bedroom, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Fibre Wi-Fi for those extending their stay with remote work.

On-site activities
Outside: heated pool, pétanque court (boules provided), summer kitchen with barbecue. The village is walkable for your morning errands: pharmacy 2 minutes away, bakery 3 minutes, tabac-newsagent 4 minutes, Intermarché Contact 9 minutes. Also 3 minutes away, free access to the community grounds: table tennis, basketball and 2 tennis courts. Cycling paths start from the village centre and lead to the Coubre state forest and the coast without ever getting back in the car.
