Harmony Homes Champrond-en-Gâtine is a restored 19th-century hunting lodge, set in a village at the heart of the Parc naturel régional du Perche, surrounded by bocage forests, rolling hills and unspoiled villages. Everything is ready so your group can simply be together: 65 m² of open-plan kitchen, living and dining space with the big table where everyone dines together, the indoor pool whatever the season, aperitifs by the fireplace in the tower lounge, and evenings of barbecue, foosball or ping-pong that stretch on without anyone watching the clock.

The house sits in the heart of the village, not isolated in open country. That's what lets you walk out for bread in the morning, have a coffee at the bar-tabac three minutes away, and set off hiking without getting back in the car. It also means neighbours all around. By the pool and the pool terrace, though, there's no overlooking at all: you can sunbathe in peace.

The space

A home designed for groups
330 m² of restored space blending the character of a 19th-century hunting lodge with the comfort of a group stay. 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them double, sleeping up to 15 guests. A 65 m² open-plan kitchen, living and dining area on one level, with the big table where everyone dines together. Two living rooms, including the tower lounge with its period fireplace, a large terrace onto the enclosed garden for outdoor dining, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Hotel-quality bedding, linens provided, coffee and essentials on arrival.

Year-round relaxation
The standout feature: a heated indoor pool, 6 x 3.50 m and 1.60 m at its deepest, open whatever the weather. It's lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the adjoining terrace in summer, with no overlooking, where you can stretch out on the sun loungers.

On-site activities
Outside: a children's play area, ping-pong and a barbecue for summer evenings. Inside: a games room, a kids' games corner, foosball and a statement fireplace. The village is walkable: a bakery 2 minutes away for fresh morning bread, a café-tabac-newsstand 3 minutes from the door, and a public basketball and football field 7 minutes away. The GR 35, the Loir Valley long-distance trail, runs through the village: the walk starts at the gate, no car and no trailhead to find.
