1h15 from Paris, this characterful lodge sits in a village at the heart of the Parc naturel régional du Perche, surrounded by bocage forests, rolling hills and unspoiled villages. Every space has been designed to let the group find its own rhythm: a swim in the indoor pool whatever the season, meals cooked in a fully equipped kitchen, aperitifs by the fireplace in the tower lounge, and evenings of barbecue, foosball or ping-pong that stretch on without anyone watching the clock.

The space

A home designed for groups
330 m² of restored space blending the character of a 19th-century hunting lodge with the comfort of a group stay. 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including one double) sleeping up to 15 guests. Two living rooms including the tower lounge with its period fireplace, and a large garden terrace for outdoor dining. A 65 m² open-plan kitchen, living and dining area — the heart of the house, built for big shared meals.

Year-round relaxation
The standout feature: a heated indoor pool accessible whatever the weather. Lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the adjoining terrace in summer, where you can stretch out on sun loungers and breathe it all in.

On-site activities
Outside: a children's play area, ping-pong and a barbecue for summer evenings. Inside: a kids' games corner, foosball and a statement fireplace. The village is walkable — a bakery 2 minutes away for fresh morning bread, and a café-tabac-newsstand 3 minutes from the door.

Champrond-en-Gâtine and the Perche
A peaceful village in Eure-et-Loir, at the heart of the Parc naturel régional du Perche. Hiking trails start right from the village, forests stretch as far as the eye can see, and the days take on a different pace.
