1h15 from Paris, this charming estate awaits in the Loire Valley near Orléans, between the Orléans Forest and the first châteaux of the Loire. Here, every detail has been designed to turn a stay into a lasting memory: heated pool, hot tub, renovated tennis court, and that gentle Loire Valley pace that invites long meals around the table and walks through the forest.

The space

An estate made for gathering
Three charming buildings connected to each other, set within a vast wooded park. The main house features a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and 4 bedrooms. The adjoining annex has its own living room, a kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. A third cottage completes the estate with 2 additional bedrooms. In total: 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms accommodating up to 14 guests.

Pool and relaxation
A large heated pool (16x36 ft / 5x11m) in the heart of the park, open for 2026 from April 24th to October 4th and secured with safety barriers. To extend the evenings: an outdoor hot tub. Sun loungers, shaded terrace, and garden furniture complete the relaxation area.

Activities for everyone
Outdoors: renovated tennis court, pétanque court, ping-pong table, children's playground (swings, slide), plancha barbecue. Indoors: pool table, board games, library, dedicated children's corner. Hiking trails and cycling paths connecting to the Loire à Vélo route are accessible directly from the house.
